Exchanges and Returns add to the cost of doing business. ** In order to keep our prices as LOW as possible , all sales are final unless the goods are damaged in delivery or defective. We will replace defective items. All orders are shipped insured, so goods damaged in delivery will be covered by the carrier's insurance.
( Where applicable, most of our products come with manufacturer's warranty. )
If there is a problem, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt with a description of the problem. A return authorization number and further instructions will be provided at that time.
